Lawrence Webb was founded in 1978. We specialise in the construction of individually designed new build homes and refurbishment projects at the upper end of the market. A high proportion of our clients are repeat customers.

We employ more than 30 specialists who are supported by four administrative staff. We select our tradesmen specifically to fit individual jobs and do not use unvetted, sub-contracted labour. Similarly, our suppliers have been hand-picked and understand our exacting standards.

Our unique approach to construction procurement offers many benefits over the traditional method and is chosen by architects time and again for its transparency, speeding up of the pre construction phase and a detailed monthly construction report. After an initial outline cost assessment for your project we prepare a detailed specification and working budget. We do not provide a fixed priced contract but work very closely to an agreed budget and use our experience to deliver a high quality building project within a controlled time frame.
