Project 3

This large Victorian house, which comprises four spacious flats, needed its common areas updating. A thorough overall of the roof, gutters and window joinery was followed by complete redecoration. The look of the building was further improved by brick cleaning, new paving and steps, and a discreet bin store. Security was increased with a new entry ’phone system, external lighting, bicycle padlock rings and laminated door glass.
