We are currently constructing a bespoke 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house, complete with a lower ground floor swimming pool and spa. The specification includes under-floor heating, comfort cooling, cinema, gym, steam room and sauna.

The lower ground floor shell has been constructed using re-enforced concrete walls and floors on a piled foundation. Interlocked sheet piling was installed to provide temporary support for the deep excavations.
