Our task was to maximise the letting potential of this North London Edwardian house within the limitations of a fixed budget and a varying specification as work progressed. We created an open aspect kitchen/living room with direct access to a new rear patio. On the upper levels, stylish and luxurious contemporary bathrooms and a dressing room were added. The result is a stylish and functional family home – with enhanced investment value.
